  • Can I switch plans?

    Of course you can! Log in to Zoho Meeting, click the Manage Subscription link at the top of the page, and follow the steps on the Subscription page to switch to a new plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal (you must have an account with PayPal to make payments with it). We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions.

  • What happens when my trial ends?

    After your trial expires, you will need to purchase a monthly/yearly subscription to hold all your members and customizations in your org account. Otherwise, your account will be moved to a free plan.

  • Am I eligible for any discounts?

    Yes, we offer a discount on up-front annual commitments. Our annual prices on this page reflect this discount. We also have a special pricing if you're a non-profit or an educational institution.

  • Is Zoho Meeting secure?

    Yes, it's absolutely secure. All transmissions take place through SSL/128-bit AES encryption protocols which is the industry standard security practice. This is the same standard used in online banking and payment transactions.

  • Are you EU-US Privacy Shield compliant?
